Just want to say a huge thank you to all the carers at Myhomecare who looked after our Mam Sheila last year. They all gave such special care and attention to meet her needs. Sheila is out for hospital but getting assessed in a local care home before its decided what care support is best and safest going forward. Can you pleas pass on a special thank you to Libby for her wonderful care and support to Mam. Libby was excellent in her care role, especially giving specialised support to Mam due to her complex parkinsons needs. Libbys empathy and understanding of this was brillant and was could not have had Mam at home if it wasn't for Libbys specialist care and attention to the things that made such a big difference to Mam. All the family really appreaciated this. Have a wonderful Christmas and i'd certainly recommend Myhomecare to other families.
Sheila's daughter And all the family
We have just gone trough the transition of the Homecare team into our son's home where they are providing 24-hour care. The whold process of going trough the intros of management and staff to our son has been great. They have been honest and collaborative with our family throughout the whole process. We have not got to a point where we have agreed on a care plan that is tailored to our son and it is being well implemented and delivered by his staff. Communication between the whole homecare team and our family has been good and we are confident that our son is being well cared for.

I have nothing but good things to day about My Homecare. The starf go above and beyond to provide the best cre for my grandmother. The staff are always helpful and caring when it comes to assisting my grandmother and have ensured that she can continue to live at home. My grandmother always has good things to say about the carers and looks forward to their visits throughout the day.
