I had always worked in a customer service role until I started my first job in care when I moved to England in the millennium, and it was the best decision I ever made.
I started in a residential care home where I completed my Level 3, moving into the NHS working on the hospital wards then progressed on to specialise in Spinal care within the private sector, I did this for 15 years before moving over to domiciliary care. I am the Care Coordinator for West Yorkshire.
