Tracey Turnbull

I am a care manager of Northumberland avenue, I support two service users within their own home with learning disabilities one of whom has dementia.

I also manage ten staff members with that service, I have worked at the care and support group since 2021, when I started my role I was a support worker I left my role as a senior care assistant within the care homes, I have over 21 years of care experience, which I really love to do I am very passionate about the service users I support and it has been a pleasure to see them grow. I have worked my way up to a senior support worker within the bungalow in 2022, then moved to a new role of deputy manager, in late 2022, I am currently a care manager and have been in this role since 2022, I have also done a level four apprenticeship lead practitioner in adult care.
