Mariam Vivas

I am the registered manager for the Tyne and wear branch.

I have worked in the care industry since 2014 starting as a carer whilst completing my degree in health and social care which I completed and graduated with a 2:1 and a level 7 in Leadership and Management. I then became a registered manager in 2022. Since joining the company almost 5 years ago I have gained my registration, we won the Newcastle tender in 2021 which meant we had to undergo a TUPE. Most recently in 2024 we have started to grow our learning disabilities side which has been very interesting and has given me a lot of insight and I am enjoying learning more.
